Our company is a joint-stock private enterprise, formerly known as the state-owned Baoying Bearing Factory and Yangzhou Feiyue Bearing Co., Ltd., and was established through restructuring in May 2002.
The company is located in Baoying County, one of China’s model eco-counties. Baoying County is under the jurisdiction of Yangzhou City and is situated in the central part of Jiangsu Province, within the beautiful and prosperous Yangtze River Delta. It lies at the heart of the economic circles of Shanghai and Nanjing, and is a renowned “wangxian” county in Chinese history—so named after an imperial era title. Baoying is a time-honored cultural city with a history spanning more than 2,200 years.
