During the production of vibratory motors, the clearance between the shaft and bearings differs from that of ordinary motors. In ordinary motors, the shaft and bearings must have a tight fit. However, in vibratory motors, the shaft and bearings have a sliding fit, with a gap of 0.01-0.015mm. During maintenance, this will naturally cause a slight lateral movement of the shaft. This clearance actually plays a crucial role.

Vibratory motors generate vibration force through their own high-frequency vibration. Therefore, during operation, the motor itself experiences a significant temperature rise. Due to the presence of this 0.01-0.0115mm clearance, the motor shaft expands after the temperature rises, achieving a tight fit with the bearing for proper operation. Without this 0.01-0.0115mm clearance, the vibratory motor will experience a series of problems after reaching a certain operating temperature, potentially leading to shutdown or burnout. Therefore, this issue must be considered during vibratory motor maintenance.
