After three months of preparation, the company held a corporate culture (bearing specialty) knowledge competition on October 13, 2024. Six teams from various departments participated. After a tense and fierce competition, one team each won first, second, and third prize. The teams were: Grinding Workshop Team (Zhang Yulong, Ni Wenfang, Xia Fei) won first prize; Department 2 Team (Hua Jianpang, Gao Xiang, Tian Tian) won second prize; and Department 1 Team (Gu Yongliang, Zhu Jian, Chen Haimian) won third prize.

The contestants competed fiercely, creating a tense and exciting atmosphere; the audience was also highly engaged and actively participated. Creating a learning atmosphere and building a learning organization are important aspects of building a high-quality workforce in the new era!
